You want every word of your ceremony to matter, to express your unique love story to each other and to share that with family and friends. As your celebrant, I will :

• Ask questions so I can craft a ceremony that speaks your love story.
• Meet in person if this is feasible (and I hope it is!)
• Research songs, poetry, readings and wedding customs for you as needed.
• Write a heartfelt beautiful ceremony especially for you that you can edit until you are completely satisfied!
• Unlimited consultation together so it feels like “your love story”.
• Officiate with warmth and professionalism and keep you and your spouse the center of attention.
• Allow friends and family to feel part of your special day.
• Be available for rehearsal if that is in your plans.
• Provide a beautiful keepsake copy after the ceremony.

There are different factors that determine the fee for your ceremony.  Is it a simple small gathering on the beach with just a few friends? Is it in a remote location with many readings and rituals?  Or somewhere in between? Each ceremony is handcrafted and researched to make it unique to you-and each couple’s needs are different.  I can quote you a range when we speak on the phone and then during our No Obligation meeting (coffee is on me!) we discuss your vision, then I can give you an exact quote (and it will be in the range I quoted you!).

Come with questions and excitement about your ceremony!  I realize your wedding is a big day in your life and you can feel overwhelmed with the planning part.  Remember I am here to help you with the ceremony part!  There is a fun way I will find out all about your unique love story and that is what will allow me to create a ceremony that speaks to your heart.    Jot down anything you want to know and I’ll have questions and before you know it, the conversation is flowing!

Ideally, like anything else for your wedding you want to start this process as soon as you can once you are engaged and have set a date!   When you find a Celebrant that feels “right” to you, you will lock in that date and time for your wedding.    When there is more time for you and the Celebrant,  you won’t feel rushed in answering questions and there is time to make rewrites and changes as many times as necessary.  However, Celebrants can be nimble if need be!   So if you are running behind-reach out to see if the date/time is available and you can still get the handcrafted ceremony you desire!
